09n Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy

By using 09n's services, you are considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them before continuing.

1。 Introduction and General Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between players ("you" or "user") who use the 09n platform ("Service") — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — and 09n ("we" or "the Platform").

By accessing 09n's website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

When you make your first deposit at 09n, you can receive a 150% bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw funds from this bonus, you must wager 20x the bonus amount.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Receive bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks

Example 2: Deposit 140,000 Ks → Receive bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 240,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and only the original deposit amount will be available for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each individual bonus may have its own validity period and conditions.
  • The bonus applies only to the game category specified in the promotion.
  • If a chargeback occurs while a bonus is active, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • If 09n detects any bonus abuse — using funds solely to exploit a bonus — the bonus and all related play will be voided.
  • The service reserves the right to amend bonus terms at any time without prior notice.

6。 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

Games on the 09n platform run on SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG), which guarantees fair play.

6.2 Prohibited Practices

Players are prohibited from doing any of the following—

  • Using bots or computer assistance to play
  • Colluding with other players
  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches
  • Using arbitrage betting without authorisation
  • Playing for money laundering purposes

If any of these violations are found, the player's account will be closed immediately and the remaining balance will not be refunded.

6.3 Game Issues and Errors

If a technical error causes incorrect game results, the affected rounds will be declared void and stakes will be returned to the player's account. Where an error appears to have produced a win, 09n reserves the right to cancel that payout.

7。 Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content, designs, trademarks, graphics, and software on the 09n website and platform are protected by 09n's intellectual property rights. Players are not permitted to—

  • Copy, distribute, or modify the platform's software, data, or content
  • Scrape or crawl the website using automated tools
  • Use 09n's trademarks for commercial purposes without authorisation

8。 Limitation of Liability

The 09n platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for—

  • Bets that are lost due to internet connection drops
  • Bonuses or bets lost due to a player's own failure to maintain account security
  • Software errors from third-party providers
  • Financial losses resulting from a player's own decisions
